Live Webinar Registration Payment Terms & Conditions:

Live training webinar payment is due upon client's receipt of registration confirmation. Upon receipt of payment information, detailed log in and viewing instructions, as well as copies of the webinar presentation materials will be sent via email 48 business hours prior to each live presentation. Log-in details for the live webinar will be provided via email once credit card payment, purchase order or written confirmation that a payment is in process (via email) has been received for participation.

Payment Options:

Registration fees are on an individual, per person/attendee basis. All webinar registration fees are payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, by Check, or by electronic transfer.

Live training webinar registration fee includes copies of the webinar presentation material and/or other copyright materials. This material is legally protected under applicable law and intended solely for individually registered attendees. Any sharing, forwarding, dissemination, or reproduction of the included materials is strictly prohibited.

All Pharma Webinars Live Webinars are hosted via WebEx platform enabling the participants to view the transition of slides during each presentation as well as listen and communicate directly with the instructor. Participants can connect to the session audio portion of each Live Webinar using one of two methods; via computer audio or through a telephone connection for better quality, telephone connections are subject to toll fees.

Electronic certificates of participation are emailed to each registered participant approximately 30 days after the completion of live training webinar or multi-part live training program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Registrants may cancel up to 48 business hours prior to the course start date and receive a credit for use toward a future live webinar up to one year from date of the credit's issue. A refund will be provided only if the live webinar has been cancelled. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not attend the live webinar. Live webinars may be rescheduled due to unavoidable factors at which point attendees will be notified via email and set up for the new presentation date. Registrants will be notified 48 hours in advance if a reschedule occurs.
